present, contracts have been secured to deploy over 1,000 Zstations
nationwide which are expected to contribute over $9 million in
revenues by year-end 2001. Zmail has formed a strategic alliance
with The Pantry (NASD: PTRY), the second largest independently-operated
convenience store chain in the country. The alliance calls for
Zstations to be placed in 75 of The Pantry's 1,300 stores which
is expected to generate approximately $1 million in additional
annual revenue upon completion. With Zmail functioning as a wholly-owned
