Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corp. (OTCBB: ATTP) offers a wide range of two-way messaging and wireless telecommunications products and services through their marketing agreements with MOTOROLA, NEXTEL, SPRINT, and PRIME CO. Recent acquisitions and the expansion from 3 stores to 10 throughout Texas and Louisiana have fueled the company's spectacular 500% sales growth over the last 12 months. ATTP is engaged in all aspects of pre-paid and post-paid wireless products and services. ATTP's marketing agreement with SPRINT BROADBAND DIRECT allows the company to offer a proven wireless, digital frequency technology to deliver the Internet directly into homes and businesses at speeds up to 50 times faster than today's dial-up modems.
ATTP operates a two-way data network covering the greater Houston Metropolitan area, and will utilize the network's technology to provide Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) services. AMR is the remote collection of consumption data from customer's utility meters over telecommunications links. AMR services allow electric, water, and natural gas companies to read household meters through remote technology and without entering a household. ATTP is currently in negotiations with several utilities to become a marketer of electricity in conjunction with "smart meter" AMR technology to consumers in a deregulated market. AMR provides distinct advantages over present methods to electric, gas, and water utilities by enabling them to streamline metering, billing, and collection activities while enhancing service to customers. AMR technology fosters rapid meter reading with the elimination of errors due to manual auditing. A built-in benefit to faster, accurate billing is increased cash flow to the utility company. According to the Company, the potential market for installed smart utility meters is perceived to be upwards of 260 million units on a national scale. ATTP is armed with the technology and the network to move forward in this arena, which should bring substantial revenue to the Company as the market develops.
ATTP has just completed the acquisition of Zmail Media, Inc., a leading provider of Interactive Public Access Terminals (i PATs) known as Zstations. Zstations are gaining mass appeal as powerful tools to communicate directly with millions of consumers "on the go". As a versatile, digital multimedia device, Zstations promote dynamic web applications and deliver advanced voice and data communication technologies while allowing consumers to conduct numerous online activities, such as checking e-mail, browsing the Internet, conducting e-commerce transactions, and printing documents.

At present, contracts have been secured to deploy over 1,000 Zstations nationwide which are expected to contribute over $9 million in revenues by year-end 2001. Zmail has formed a strategic alliance with The Pantry (NASD: PTRY), the second largest independently-operated convenience store chain in the country. The alliance calls for Zstations to be placed in 75 of The Pantry's 1,300 stores which is expected to generate approximately $1 million in additional annual revenue upon completion. With Zmail functioning as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATTP, the estimated $10 million in revenues from Zstations will be a significant addition to the strong growth trend from ATTP's existing operations.
