Year 2000 Web Sites

Howard Ruff, publisher of The Ruff Times recently published a 24-page Y2k Crisis Special Report. This eye-opening Special Report details many of the problems that will arise when, like a time bomb, the calendar rolls over to "00" and computers malfunction. Ruff says we could see a deep recession, a grisly bear market in U.S. stocks, serious disruptions of government services, a record-breaking rash of corporate and personal bankruptcies, and a technical and price collapse of the international stock and bond markets. But where there is danger there is also opportunity. In his monthly newsletter, The Ruff Times, Howard Ruff gives specific advice on companies that are great post-Y2k investments and trends that you can profit from.
There are hundreds, perhaps thousands of Web sites devoted to the Y2k problem. The following are the cream of the crop according to Ruff.
